The Children’s Choir was very busy in February. They sang during worship service, February 7th - “He’s Got the Whole World in His Hands”. They made Valentines for the residents at McKendree and delivered them February 10th. They also entertained them with songs. Sunday, February 14th, they had a bake sale and raised $368 for Haiti Disaster Relief. They are to sing at McKendree again on February 26th for the Birthday Party. Sunday night, February 28th, we are planning a special number for the first Lenten Service which will be held at OHUMC. We are busy preparing some special songs for the Easter season and hope to have our new choir robes. We practice Wednesday night at 6:20 p.m. Come and join us!
